Thank you for your interest in the Legacy Ladies Summit. By purchasing a ticket, vendor space, or any service associated with this event, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.
 
Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final.
  No refunds will be issued for ticket purchases under any circumstance. Please ensure availability and interest before completing your transaction.

Vendor Policy

• Full Refund: Vendors may request a 100% refund if canceled before June 20th, 2025.

• Partial Refund: Vendors may request a 50% refund if canceled between June 21st and July 4th, 2025.

• No Refund: After July 4th, 2025, no refunds will be issued.
  IMPORTANT:

  • If you cancel after July 4th, you will forfeit all elements included in your vendor package.

  • If you purchased the Premium Brand Experience, you will also forfeit the 2 EmpowerHER Summit Passes included in that package.
     

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take chargebacks and disputes seriously. Filing a false or unauthorized dispute after agreeing to these terms is a violation of policy.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• We will provide full documentation to your financial institution, including proof of your purchase and agreement to these terms.

• We will vigorously contest any chargebacks filed in violation of this agreement.
   

Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have reviewed and understand the refund policy.

• You are aware of the forfeiture conditions related to vendor packages.

• You agree not to initiate a chargeback outside the scope of these terms.
